Shipping fees

As a rule, your shipment is prepared on the same day and shipped one day later. We will send you the consignment number so that you know where your parcel is at all times.

The term "shipping fee" includes the costs for postage, packaging and logistics. The shipping costs include the legal value added tax and depend on the type and condition of the product. Please note that individual articles may be subject to individual shipping costs. An overview of the possible shipping costs can be found here. The exact amount is displayed in the shopping cart (Shipping cost calculator) or in the checkout area. 

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before placing the order.
